Nachdem Joseph Mills mit Inner City zumindest in Amerika einen großen Debut-Erfolg erzielt hatte, mit seiner an Robert Frank erinnnernden street-photography, erscheinen jetzt bei Nazraeli diese früheren Arbeiten, in denen man die fortdauernde Faszination einiger amerikanischer Fotografen für den Surrealismus entdecken kann.
