Photographer John Davies has been documenting the British urban landscape since 1981. It is a magnificient book, and it offers a splendour of looking, studying, recognizing. It might well set a new standard for landscape photography, and the way industry, landscape and residential areas are shown to influence one another, observed by John Davis for over twenty years, is without comparison.
